Never thought I’d be able to run 5k. I’ve enjoyed it so much. I’ve always hated running and found it so difficult but the app helped so much and loved Laura helping me along the way. My aim now is to continue running three times a week and then progress to running 10k.
I feel so much more fitter, my energy levels have improved and general well-being.
For any of you that are just starting out keep going and don’t look back. You can do this! 🤛🏻 🏃🏻♀️
