I’m such a lucky lad. I’ve been plodding along on my running machine, slowly chipping away at the C25K programme. By a stroke of luck my graduation run coincided with a business trip to Guernsey.

I’ve just finished running along Vazon Bay in the glorious fresh air. Even the weather was kind.

Like I said.... I’m a lucky lad 😁

I rarely post on here (or anywhere else) but I do hover in the background and absorb all the great advice that you offer. There are some wonderful, supportive people on this forum and I’d like to thank them very much. You all got me through it!

Now, as I’ve genuinely caught the running bug, I’m off to try the next stage podcast. Wish me luck!
