I’ve finished Couch to 5k. I am so proud of myself - never would have believed that I would be able to run non-stop for 30 mins.
Today I increased my running pace slightly. I’m not the fastest and am not yet running 5k but I will do it!!
5 minute walk (6km per hour) - 0.5km
30 minute run (8.2km per hour) - 4.14km
5 minute walk (6km per hour) - 0.5km
TOTAL - 5.14km

Well done on graduating!
Now you need to maintain the habit, by consolidating with a few weeks of W9 runs while you decide where you want to go next with your running.
Keep running, keep smiling.

Thanks. That’s my plan - keep running at least three times a week. It’s become part of my routine now.
