You how much this has transformed my life and feel so much healthier for taking part, I genuinely love running now and always look forward to the next one, my question now is I want to carry on with running 3 times a week but feel that I can push on to run either 7k or 10k but is there any app or training program to help me do that ππ»

Hi Tbae, how's the gardening doing, have you managed to cut part of that hedge down and got rid of the cuttings in those big black or blue bin bags?, that darned hedge must be a bit of a curse for you every year as you have to trim it down preventing you from getting on with your running and marathon training.

After you run several 30 minute consolidation runs, if you wish you can try Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan to run a 10K, it's not an app, just Google "Ju Ju's Magic 10", before that try the 'Stepping stones podcasts' with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina.
