I managed to compete W5R3 and I could have carried on if I wanted to! When Sarah told me I had 2 minutes left the adrenaline knocked me for six and I just absolutely went for it, I’m so so so proud of myself and I NEVER thought I would be able to do it!!
In my first week I got laughed at for running by a group of people and it upset me so much I cried for about 2 days straight and was too frightened to carry on, but I kept at it, and all I want to say is a massive F YOU to those people, try laughing at me now because guess what? I DID IT!!!!😁😁

Yes you did... now it’s time to believe in yourself... look what you just did there! Great run.
Those that laughed... they don’t run... think back to W1R1, that’s them... that’s forever ago... you can run rings round them, they’re the ones who think you can’t because they can’t be bothered to try. You showed them, and maybe one day they’ll laugh at you as you pass them again, but come lap 2 and 3, they will be stood with mouths open. You can achieve anything with the spirit and determination you have... hate the haters, forget the doubters... some girls can... but this girl just did!
Yes you did Hayl Damn right you should feel proud and happy. 20 minutes continuous running is a brilliant achievement. And it's great you had a bit left in the tank to "go for it" in the final two minutes.
Excellent ! You go girl ! 🥇⭐️⭐️⭐️ Have to say, when I was at school crowds used to gather to jeer at my running. It was one of the things I was most nervous about on starting this, and I still seek out routes that are likely to be very quiet. However, far from laughing, the folk I meet now see the determination on my face, go pale and leap aside. It’s just so much better this way 😁
Amazing HaylStonee! 🙌💃
Wk5 R3 is a total game changer! You’ve totally got this! 🤩🙌
It shows huge strength to keep going, especially through those early weeks! ... I’m sure you’re the one laughing now! 😆🔥🙌💪🏃♀️✨👌
