Feeling really pleased as I have completed my first 20 min run. I was worried it would be too much for me but was ok. I came home and had a lovely bath- luxury.

Hey congratulations!

Lovely to have a bath afterwards. I like putting in a couple of large cups of Epsom salts and a few drops of essential oil like lavender and then have a good wallow! :)

Thanks a bath is such a simple thing but so good. The tip about the Epsom salts and lavender oil it just gets better!

Hear's a tip: I was not impressed when I found out how much Epsom Salts can cost in the shops for a silly little bag that weighs about 1kg and cost well over £5, that will serve you for probably no more than 2 or 3 baths, if you are lucky! I get mine from Amazon. If you put in the search box "epsom salts bucket" lots of results come up. The Hexeal 10kg bucket is great value ( a bit ugly looking but you can always decant into something a bit more pleasing to the eye!) and it's pharmacy/food grade quality.

Well done , that's a good run to get under your belt !

Just be careful now with week 6 runs 1 and 2 they catch people out going back to intervals

Thanks for the heads up. I will be careful. Something has clicked the last couple of runs and I really want to make this work.

Way to go you!

That is a milestone run in the plan for sure

Copy what instructor57 says though - I found the first couple of runs of week 6 hard.

You know you have this in the bag now.😁👏🎉🎉
