20 min run

I actually completed w5 r3 this morning. Really thought I was going to have to keep trying but I was really interested to see how far I could get and I did the whole thing. Such a surprise and so pleased. Not the best preparation yesterday with a morning queuing at the Pokemon Centre and then a concert in the evening but just shows it doesn’t have to be perfect. Couldn’t have done it without my Spotify playlist and of course Jo Whiley!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

Awesome well done! I’ve just completed it today to after work. And was the same, set out thinking oh well I’ll just see how long I can run for and can just try for longer next time. But ended up doing the 20mins.
