Well after a night shift I have just completed week 5 R3.... 20 mins of running... gotta admit had to stop for a min... right leg felt tight... did a couple of stretches and of I went... was ok after that... tough going.. more so on the motivation side as running alone in the empty streets isn't much fun... but another run /week ticked off.... not bad for a old has been ...🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

Huge well done and well done for a pit stop too... get some stretches in ( there are loads of leg exercises on Strength and Flex forum...
