Just wanted to say wow. Never ever thought that was achievable but slowly I did it! Last 90secs were really hard but it’s true really it’s more mental than physical and I didn’t give up which usually I do!

Ive just done 20mins and it really is mental attitude. Was so certain i was gonna fail this as soon as i saw 20 mins !! But i did it.. i look like a sweaty tomato but i dont care.. really well done you i know how hard it is x

Well done as well feels like a major barrier overcome. Runs 1 and 2 next week look nice and now I realise how good a prep it will be for run 3. Good luck

Great job... everything is achievable with the right preparation... believe in yourself now, because that run says “you can do this “loud and clear.
