I’ve just done my W2R1. I’m really pleased with myself as I’ve never been a runner and so far have got to the end of each running stretch.
I was a bit apprehensive about the increase in running time, but weirdly felt it was easier in my head having less but longer running bits
I’ve got a horrible feeling that this running bug might be getting me as I’m excited about the next run whereas this time last week my mindset was “ what the heck are you doing!!!” I even didn’t mind running in the rain this morning.
