Hi Gang,
For some reason my post didn't send yesterday (poor wifi where I am I think).
Did my run 3 of week 2 and really enjoyed it. Had the heavy legs again and I did drink lots of water the day before, over the 3l and had a large glass when i woke up and a smaller glass before my run in the morning. I had a message from someone on here that they did some small warm up before starting, so will try that tomorrow.
Well yesterdays run was HOT!!! and went running by the beach and then on the beach for the last stretch (dont worry, sand was hard compacted down) the SUN was BOOMING down and I was pouring with sweat!!!! But carried on - had a good intake of fluids before.
