So I got out there early before it got too hot. I still got very hot and sweaty despite going even slower than on previous 25 min runs. Wanted to give up and walk at least twice but somehow managed to keep going. Really felt I was hardly moving forward at times but so glad i did it.

Hey. Well done for sticking to it, it's horrendously hot outside isn't it no matter how early we all seem to go out. I've just finished Week 8 and about to move in to Week9 which is going to be various types of weather it seems!
I think it's natural to feel that you aren't going anywhere, sometimes I feel that I can move quicker when I'm walking!
Keep cool and downing that water post-runs
I also just finished week 7 this morning.
I think this has been the toughest one for me, although probably all mentally.
I found the last W7 run the easiest and had done my best pace yet throughout the entire programme.
When I started W8R1, I thought 'ah, only an extra 3 minutes!' and that was the worst thing I could have done as I struggled a lot.
W8R2, I took it much more seriously and was worried about it and didn't have an issues with it
Well done. I actually did the same run yesterday morning, went early and was dripping in sweat. I almost gave up too but I pushed onwards. 6 runs left. We can do it!! X

Its hard in the heat. I did that run Sunday to different music hated it! Did my 28!mins last night and was ok. Exhausted but fine probably could have ran on buy resisted.

Well done! I completed w7r3 Monday morning as it had been too hot over the weekend, not rushing out in this heat to start w8 either as I know it will make it harder, so will see what tomorrow morning brings! I know I will get there just a few days later than initially planned 🌞😎🏃♀️
