Wk3 R3 done onto WK4 at some point hopefully in the next week

My breathing in the first 90sec was rough and it took a full 90 to recover then I bossed the first 3mins and recovery seemed to take less than a minute I was fine the legs started on the last two runs but I did it!

Roll on WK 4 somehow I can’t see that being as plain sailing though

Great, well done you... just take it slowly and carefully and remember to breathe.... :)

Well it will be if you slow things right down. That way you can breathe without it being ragged 😃💪🏃✔️

Good luck! Slow and steady is the way to go

Yes! Slow down. Slowing down will buy you time to find your run rythm and will help keep your breathing steady. The programme is simply about completing each session. Nothing else matters 🙂

I find that the first run is the most difficult with breathing etc then I seem to loosen up.don't worry about wk4,just done it and it was not as bad as I feared!keep up the good work.
