My breathing in the first 90sec was rough and it took a full 90 to recover then I bossed the first 3mins and recovery seemed to take less than a minute I was fine the legs started on the last two runs but I did it!
Roll on WK 4 somehow I can’t see that being as plain sailing though

Yes! Slow down. Slowing down will buy you time to find your run rythm and will help keep your breathing steady. The programme is simply about completing each session. Nothing else matters 🙂
I find that the first run is the most difficult with breathing etc then I seem to loosen up.don't worry about wk4,just done it and it was not as bad as I feared!keep up the good work.
