Are your laces too tight ?? Your feet will expand when running. More so in this heatšŸ˜

Firstly, congratulations šŸ„³ on your graduation! A massive achievement and proof that you can run 30 minutes!

Re: pins and needles - my first thought was tour laces being too tight? If you can rule this out then maybe check with a Dr? Or physio?

Are your shoes a good half size or more bigger than your normal footwear?

You lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running, so it may be other factors preventing you from managing to run for thirty minutes .......a common occurrence for new graduates, hence the Consolidation Club healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Everything going on in our lives can impact on our performance as a runner. Restedness, hydration and nutrition are at the top of my list of variables that need to be optimised to enable enjoyable running.
