I only graduated last week and didnāt run for 7 days (due to work reasons) and canāt seem to run for the 30mins without stopping also Iām getting pins and needles in my right foot which is make it very uncomfortable š£
Any suggestions please ?

Socks are the same Style I always wear, shoe are a couple of weeks old but hard the same problem with old shoes, did think I might have done them up to tight so readjusted them but still the same
Are your shoes a good half size or more bigger than your normal footwear?
You lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running, so it may be other factors preventing you from managing to run for thirty minutes .......a common occurrence for new graduates, hence the Consolidation Club healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
