Don’t know why all the conditions were right. Good sleep last night. Not hungry. Didn’t have full stomach. W7r1 went v well. Was feeling very positive as I set out. But it was so hard to keep going and Stava said my pace was the slowest for weeks! . I did manage it but was very relieved when it was over. Hope the next run is a bit easier. 🤞

W7r2 was HARD

Well done for completing it, I did the same run yesterday and really struggled too, I think I thought it was going to be easier as we have already done 2x 25 min runs previously . Looking forward to smashing it tomorrow. Enjoy run 3 😬😁

Great job completing a tough run. This isn’t an unusual thing... while the runs are the same, the weekly load on your legs is going up with each and every run. Have a look at the total minutes in the last three runs, and then the runs in week 6. That loading makes a difference. Next run is the only run left on the plan that doesn’t do this. Hope this helps. Happy running.

Aww Don't be hard on yourself!..... I found it hard too!
I had a good run for W7r1 but run 2 was polar opposite.... TOUGH!
What we need to remember is run 2 is our 3rd run at 25 mins!.... I definitely felt it on the legs....
I did run 3 and i was hoping for a rerun of run 1... no such luck!....
BUT - we have been prepared for this!.. I might take 2 rest days in-between instead of 1 as my legs definitely felt achey
You will do it!... I have every faith in you

I completed this run too today and found it very tough. I found R1 ok and went out today quite positive but it was mind over matter all the way (I did mind and it did matter!) I have had a busy week and had been ‘glutened’ a couple of days ago so I just put it down to that but perhaps it is a tough run. My breathing was fine but my legs felt every step. Well done for completing it and here’s hoping R3 is a breeze 😊

My second run of week 7 was awful too for some reason, the other two runs that week were great, no rhyme or reason sometimes I think, the body is a peculiar thing 🤷🏻♂️😊

We all have a bad one, just pick yourself up and dust yourself off. Good luck! x
