Completed wk7 and it was tough this morning, but I did it!! I'm to blame for it been so hard though I decided to do something bit different because all week Laura has been saying try change ur route lol.... So maybe I can blame her 🀣 I can't go a different way becasue I really don't want to run around the houses or down a main road. So where I go the is a lower track that runs along side the track I run, so I thought I will go on that instead, then I decided to also run up and down between the two lol did it a couple of times and thought **** that lol (small bank) legs now aching and not even 5 mins in. Decided to stay down the bottom only u have to go back up to get over the bridge, now a steep bank or steps.... I choose steps killed my legs made the run hard for myself, will not make that mistake again, but I survived it and now I feel great and ready for a day shopping with my husband 🀩 πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘β­ I'm a star lol

Hill repeats and stairs. Both great training. Well done.

The more times you do them the easier they get, just like the flat runs.

The idea of hills, even small ones, and steps makes me run though a housing estate. Good on you
