I did it! I am 55, never thought I could be a runner & hated cross country at school. My husband loves running but has suffered knee problems over the years, he also graduated today & has had no trouble with the knees at all. With his support I finished the 30 minutes of running & pushed on for another nearly three minutes so that I could get to the elusive 5k, I think I finally got the hang of the breathing. Not bad for someone new to running??
