Wow, I did it! And to think all those weeks ago I was knackered running 60 second blocks! Big thank you to the creators of C25k for an excellent app and bigger thanks to the admins for their support and advice. Also a special thanks to mom24uk & roo969, my 2 virtual running buddies for their support and encouragement and to all the other people who have commented on my posts!
