Graduated last week and now aiming to continue running 3 x a week for a minimum of 30 minutes and some hopefully longer with the aim to achieve 5 k and then will build the park run into my week.

I’m excited

Thanks to couch25k for being a great programme I have and will continue to recommend it.

Congratulations! Consolidation gives you a lot more strength... the 5k will come, and then you can work towards your next goal.

That’s what I’m hoping and there’s so many other possibilities after that

You graduated last week but I still don't see the word Graduate next to your username. Congratulations on graduating and completing week 9 run 3. To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE next to your username, tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 and graduated here on C25K. Go to the October graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page.

Well done - it’s a great achievement and you should be proud. Enjoy your few weeks consolidation, then head over to the Bridge to 10k forum and choose your next challenge! Bravo! 😀👏👏👏👏👏👏👍
