Finished my 30 minutes and just felt like I could keep going so I did!
Carried on until I got to the magic 5K and it took me 36 minutes in total which I am over the moon about.
This page has been such a help, I honestly don't know if could have finished it without you all. I don't post much but reading all the posts past and present have definitely helped me a lot so thank you so much.
Now to keep it up!
Good luck to everyone still on their journey and keep going. If I can do it anyone can xx

Congratulations, I have just returned from my final week 9 run. I'm sat here with ice on my knee. I think I would probably need to run another 200 or so metres to cover 5k. A few days rest then I'll go again.
