Graduated with 5K under my belt !

W9R3 done this morning, and I accidentally covered 5,2 kilometers. On previous run I only made 3,6 km in 30 minutes. Today I had both C25K w9 podcast and Runkeeper going. Laura's podcast stopped all of a sudden at 14 min 40 sec, and I kept jogging with Runkeeper. Managed to put Laura back on about 10 minutes later. I didn't want to finish without Laura. So when Laura's podcast was over, I had ran for 10 minutes longer, and thought I might as well continue with Runkeeper until 5 K. Glad I made it, haven't done 5K since school years. Not sure what to do now, I'll probably continue running at least 3 times a week will try with slow 5 K runs and C25K+ podcasts.

Wow! Good stuff :) I'll see you in the c25k+. Sounds like you're well along the way on your running journey. Going beyond 5k is pretty darn amazing. You get a virtual pat on the back from me. What a bummer the podcast just stopping! I've never experienced that but maybe it was good since it led you to show yourself what you are capable of already. Bet that feels good

I would build on 30 mins running with a weekly 5k, and get it up to 3x5k in a steady way :) people recommend the c25k+ podcasts but it's also nice trying out some music on your runs!

Good luck, graduate! :)
