Well that’s my first W4 run done ✅ now to build myself up mentally for run 2. JuJus magic plan does work but it’s 50 minutes of running which I’ve only ever done once before. Wish me luck for Wednesday s run.🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️

Well done for completing W4 of Ju Ju’s. I haven’t started it yet but I think I will soon. I have managed to run for 56 mins though on one occasion and if I’d realised there was a 60 minute badge to collect I would have done the extra 4 mins 🙄🌻
Well done on the 56 minutes I’ve managed 52 before when I wasn’t timing the run and now I’m know I need to run for 50 minutes I’m getting scared 😧 not sure why !!!
It could be that you know you will be aiming to run for 50 mins that is a scary thought rather than just ending up doing it as before. The same with me, I didn’t aim for 56 mins I just ended up doing it so I think I would be the same as you if I went out with that time in my head.
It is strange though as now I consider 20-30 mins fairly easy and not a problem anymore when not that long ago I remember being really worried when in the week where I had to run for 20 mins for the first time.
It’s all in the mind 😉😂
Good luck. I'm sure you'll be fine. These plans seems to work (magically 😊). I'm a couple of weeks behind you and am also attempting to find some confidence. Try not to worry - that makes it harder in my experience.
Good luck! You’re coming on in leaps and bounds, just think how good you’ll feel after that 50 minutes. Every time I run (still only on 25 minutes) I think of the woman who ran daily from Lands End to John O Groats and think to myself that if she can do that I can manage 25 minutes. For some reason it helps!
