Week 8 bites the dust...

Three runs left, can't believe the day has finally come where I can say three runs left. Now I like goals and the structure that c25k brings so been thinking what next? My plan is to get 1x5km done next week on my final run and see how long it takes.Then....

W10 = run 2x33mins, with 1x5km run

W11 = run 36mins, hoping I should be able to do 5km in this time.

Then follow bupa 10k plan

Tomorrow we are buying bikes as we left ours back in uk :( very, very, very bad decision leaving them behind. running will be a Monday-Friday affair, with cycling at the weekend.

You have a very exciting week ahead good luck, your future plans sound great, just remember to carry on taking rest days each week and have an easy week every four weeks or so just to give your body time for extra healing and building......will look out for your graduation post next week

Thank you :) Yeah that's a good idea having an easy week, I think I might need to do that to give the muscles chance to adjust.

Three runs left, sounds good when you say that doesn't it ;) The finish line is in sight although, looking at your plan above, it's just the start ;) Good luck with w9 ;)

Yeah it really does. I need structure and a plan because I worry I might slip back on the couch without it.
