W9R3 Completed with a 5K!

W9R3 - Just did 5k! Final run of the programme and we did the 5k. Evie ran it about 33mins, me much slower at about 41, but had bottle-top medals at the finish. So proud of my girl. Thanks to everyone for the great advice and support, this has been brilliant. I never thought I would love running, and instead of seeing this as an end, it really is just the beginning. Happy running everyone!

Thanks Jools - it was lovely as my husband, younger kids, and dogs meet us at the end with home-made medals, flowers, and a loo roll finishing tape!
