This is the first run I didn’t complete 😩 When I put the app on and it said a 25 minute run I think I panicked and I also had to take a different route. Well less of the moaning and I’ll try another day 😁

You must be disappointed but put it behind you and down to experience. You know what’s coming now so can mentally prepare and I’m sure you’ll smash it next time you try! Good luck!

Believe me it happens to us all. One day you will run past 25 mins and remember how you felt today and laugh. Just remember when you were convinced you couldn’t run for 15 mins!! Bet it’s easier now. Just focus and know you can do it, we all have wobbles. For me some days 5k seems so impossibly tough others I’m at 15 miles (before lockdown) and I remember I was supposed to be doing a short run and my husband will wonder where the hell I am!! 🤣🥰

Thank you and I’ll be more positive when I try again and complete this run 😁

We all have the little gremlins on our shoulders from time to time. Sometimes you just have to knock them off and have positive thoughts. Easier said than done at the moment but don’t let this one bad experience knock your confidence. YOU CAN DO THIS. 😁

Think of it as a practice:) Slow and steady as you go and enjoy it.. next time:)

Thank you, I think I possibly could’ve set off a little too quickly so definitely slow and steady is the way forward
