20 Minutes and a bit more.

Well, that's the "dreaded" W5R3 twenty minute run done....yaay :)

I actually ran (jogged) a wee bit slower than normal for this one and it worked, I also ran for a bit more than twenty minutes as I didn't realise that a call to my mobile halted the C25K app....doh.

I thought that the last five minutes was taking a long time to go by, all in all - I must have run for about twenty three minutes....pfft.

Anyway, W6R1 on Thursday, can hardly wait!

Thank you, it's really not as difficult as people think it is....honest, you won't have a problem with it - go for it!

Sorry Feegle, I completely missed this last week. Thanks for the reassurance, it was a great run in the end :-)

I have a weird question: what is this 20 min W5R3 you're talking about? Mine shows an 8 min. run with 5 walk and another 8 run for W5R3. Thanks!

Which couch to 5k programme are you following? The one I think many of on here are doing is the one from the NHS/One You. That run for us is a straight 20 minute run. Odd things are happening :-)

You’ve crossed the hurdle and chasm that is W5R3. After that it’s just a teensy but added now.

So there is no backing out now as you’ve shown you can do the 20 minutes.

No longer a feeble Feegle. You’ve just ran for 20 minutes.

So ‘yaay’ indeed.

Great start to the week.

Thank you and yes, a great start to the week. There were never any thoughts of backing out, many people have already graduated - I will too ;)

Sounds like you already have. Just need to get through the runs but with that mindset you’ll crush it

I love reading about this run....and I especially like reading posts that say people have done it...infact nailed it....it’s a bit of a shock to the system this little b**ger...but, the feeling afterwards is that of elation!!! It’s the mental challenge that’s the thing, if you can get your head round it then you’ve already done it...well done...enjoy the rest of the programme, please don’t start too quick on w6...really really REALLY steady on your next run 😉
