20 MINUTES !!!

After a 24 hour delay due to the rain last night, I've just returned from completing Week 5 run 3 - the TWENTY MINUTE one !

I can safely say I've never ever run for a continuous TWENTY MINUTES before. Just slightly surprised that having returned in time for the BBC news that I didn't get a mention in the headlines ;-)

I even managed a bit of a sprint for the last 20 seconds.

If you haven't got this far yet, then please believe me - if I can manage it then you can too !
