This one was harder then the first run. Maybe because my knees were hurting a bit since yesterday- I was my day off from running but still I managed to overstretch/ mistreat them somehow (not even sure how to describe it) and that was not helpful.

When leaving the house for the run this morning, I treated myself with kindness and gave myself permission to finish early if I wanted. Once I started running I did not want to finish early and my knees were doing fine. The pace however was much slower, which is not a problem. The main thing is there is one mor run to do! And this feels incredible to be so close to the end of the program remembering that I struggled with week 1!

Hey NotAM , congrats on completing the penultimate run! The finish line is in sight now and you've done amazingly to get to this stage.

I'd be really keen to know what you think caused your knee pain.

Look forward to hearing from you :-)

Forgot to add in the previous response- I think the issues with the knees were linked with kneeling for too long on a wooden floor.

How did your final run go??

Ah ok, nothing chronic then, that's good.
