W9R2 finished last night didn't think I would make it but surprisingly the run went smoothly. I've noticed Laura gave us more speedy songs but I've told her I'm not going to fall for that this is w9 I need all the energy I can get to graduate. To start speeding at this stage is not an option for me. Week9 seems to have been the best one so far but I will definitely know when I finish W9R3 on Saturday.
One more run to graduation cannot believe I would ever say that.
Good luck to everyone doing their runs today, stay hydrate, go at a comfortable pace and enjoy.
Have a good day all of you lovely people. xx

Thank you RunningGeek, Oh! Yes I did especially at the last 60 seconds, I was ever so careful as I've been running in heavy rain and felt the rheumatic started to take effect. Xx
Thank you Lightweightkate, Yes one last go and then graduation don't know how I'm going to feel perhaps I shall punch the air I just cannot wait for tomorrow now. The end of the podcast will actually be the beginning of running for me. Xx
Thank you McFitty, Yes I'm pretty amazed how far I've got cannot believe I can actually run for 30 minutes non stop still got to work on my speed but for now it's stamina I'm working on.
I believe I will be lost for words actually for having reached to the end, because I never thought I would so glad I started the C25K. Xx
It's just the best isn't it? I never believed I would complete it and it's given me a whole new sense of 'self' that I never had before. I just love seeing people start, not really believing and the increasing joy as they realise they ARE going to make it. And this forum? I think over 50% of us would have given up without it. I'm off to put your bubbles on ice
