Back in rainy Blighty W3 done (treadmill). A week of daily 6 mile walks in the ☀️ was not kind to the knees. That run was tough! Question is do I redo W3 or try W4 at weekend 🤔???

If you completed it move on 🙂. Hopefully after a day or two’s rest you’ll be good to go

Go only very slowly. No hurry at all 👍

Great job... runs can be tough, but when you complete them it’s on to the next.

I feel like this and have just completed the same run. Onwards and upwards!

I'm at the same point as you - first run of week 4 scheduled tonight. Go for it, you have nothing to lose! And if the first run is a struggle you have 2 more runs to improve.
