At last! Thought I’d never get to the end of week three. Might have been good to have the extra rest days though and a good yoga class in there.

Well done. Don't worry if you need an extra day's rest. I always took two days ,it took me 11 weeks to graduate, but I had no injuries and who's counting anyway.
