I finished week three run 2 just before the snow hit and then had almost two weeks off before doing run three because of the snow, having a bad cold and an old injury flairing up. When I then did run three I found it so hard so just did week three again. There's no rule to say you have to complete the course in nine weeks so if you feel you need a bit more practice before week 4 then just do another week three run xxxx

I built week 4 up in my head to the point where I was dreading doing it.

I promise you. It won’t be anything like as bad or as hard as you think it will be. Before you know it you’ll be in the bath/shower afterwards, grinning to yourself wondering why you even doubted yourself.

You got this 👍

I used Sarah Millican voice over during my C25K because I enjoyed the verbal cuddle at the end. Occasionally tearing up in the cool down walk when she told me how proud she was of me. (Although cos I’m a big brave man Im sure that was just a bit of sand in eyes) 😊

You’ll be fine. Trust what the program is preparing your body for. Go out with a positive mindset and you’ll smash it I’m sure. If not, just treat it as a practice run (it’s still working those new running muscles)

Don’t repeat runs unless you didn’t complete them first time round.

Go girl! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

I always feared the next week as i knew they would increase and as a chubby girl i feared i wouldnt be able to manage.

Guess what......my body surprised me and here i am still chubby although have lost more weight and im on week 6!

Always give them ago and watch yourself shine ☺

At the start of every new week, I really worry that I won’t manage but I do and so will you, I’ve just finished W4R3 today and I swear if you’d said that I could do it, I would have said you were crazy. For me this has been a weird week as I ran in London, my normal run is a small village in Scotland then today Inran in icy rain into a headwind! So fingers crossed your first run in W4 will be with the wind at your back and not in icy rain.

Yes. Looking at the following weeks runs always worried me. Thing is they were never as bad as I expected. You can do it.

I’m thinking I probably shouldn’t look at the run set out before
