Wow! I thought week 3 was a jump but week 4 definitely takes it up a level! I did it though!!!! I was the definition of a couch potatoe and can’t believe Iv just run 5minutes straight
(when I say run, I mean jog and when I say jog I mean barely faster than a walk 😂)
When they say you should have a day rest between runs does that mean rest completely from exercise cause I was hoping once the swimming pools re-open I can go and do some lane swimming?

I know what you mean. It was a bit of a shock to the system doing my first 5 minute run. I found that repeating the first run again helped me. I completed week 4 yesterday it felt great plus my tracking app tells me my pace a quickened slightly too without trying. Stay strong, you’ve got this in the bag.
Well done on your 5 mins - this programme really does work! The day off “rule” just applies to running, so swimming, yoga, weights etc all good, in fact encouraged. And any pace where both feet leave the floor at the same time is actual running, however slow- let’s hear it for us 🐌 pacers 😉😆
