Well I ruddy loved that ! Sun was shining - Leo my pooch in a non grumpy morning mood! First 5 mins seemed like forever but the last went so quick ! Walked 4 miles after it as it was such a lovely morning! I love this app - how brilliant to turn someone who hated running to someone who gets up earlier as their are actually excited to run!!! Unbelievable! And a bonus that I have lost half a stone since starting this! Can't believe it! Massive thanks for the support and advice on here - you are all amazingly helpful x

Ah, didn't see this post when I responded earlier ....

I know exactly how you feel, you are describing me too ...

You are doing so well, keep up with the runs and don't forget the rests, I have started to do a good amount of walking, and some stretching exercise ...

As you will hear time and time again, slow and steady ... its all about running for 30 minutes, not how far you can run in 30 minutes ....

I walk for about 8 - 10 miles a day 5 days a week too (have for over a year!) rest day completely tomorrow! Thanks for the support and advice!!! Sometimes I am so slow the dog looks like is isn't even walking!!!

Other exercise is essential and stretching after every single run..never miss that out :)

I don't - lucky that I have work colleagues that are sports physiotherapists - so they gave me lots of stretches to do! Thanks for all the advice and support! X
