Smashed it. Second fastest run too. Really took the slow snail speed advice and when I felt I was going slow I made myself go slower. Then when Jo said final 60sec I ran like Stephen King's IT was behind me, albeit for something like 10seconds though it felt like forever before she said it was over. Surprised I had that much juice left in me!
So high right now. Thanks for the tips guys.

I think it would be more sensible to gradually increase your pace in the last 5minutes rather than going all out crazy like I did in the final 60sec. I'm lucky I didn't face plant on to concrete to be honest. After 20min plus of very slow jogging to become Linford Christie in the final minute is asking for injury. Slow and steady does it. Best of luck and let us know how it goes.x
Thank you, I'll try to remember that advice... I really don't want to faceplant - I'd probably end up with a mouthful of rabbit droppings or a gorse bush! Gentle increase in the last five minutes, if I feel up for it!
Well done you! It’s so exciting to hear your successes! I’m on enforced rest until I relearn how to run...don’t ask! Hoping one more week and I can resume operations!!
