That was very challenging. I don't normally run this early (went out at 6:30) but i habe a few things to do today and didn't want to risk missing it.
I was feeling nervous about this after struggling with the last, but like I always do, i silenced the nerves and just threw myself in to it hoping for the best. The first 5 minutes were really hard, i don't think it helped that I felt so cold (note to self... get a very lightweight running jacket). Then i felt like i settled in to it and found a balance between uncomfortable and thrilling π. The last 10 mins got harder again, especially the last 5 where i felt like i was barely lifting my feet from the floor... but i did it!!
I got to the end of 25mins and i couldn't believe it!
Week 6 completed. I have to admit that when i started this, i never believed i'd get this far! And now the end feels attainable π
