Repeat week 5run 3

What a yuck run this was! I did it ok but I was counting the seconds towards the end and I was more than happy when Sarah said to slow down! Weird how differently I feel today than the first time I did this run? At least it’s out of the way now and I can go on to week 6 with confidence

Well done on getting to the end of the run though, you did it!

It’s funny isn’t it, how some runs are great and others are frankly, meh. But a run is a run is a run and it’s all good experience.

Here’s to week 6!

Yaaay, you’ve got this! 💪👏You just ran for 20 minutes continuously! You must be really proud of this achievement - doesn’t it feel great when you’re told that you’ve done it and that you can slow down. W6 will help you to build up on continuous running. Enjoy running! 🏃‍♀️👏💪

Good going slowpoke42! Tough runs are, well tough aren't they! But I think it's those kinds of runs that help us progress the most, both mentally and physically.

You are most definitely ready for week 6 👍🏻👏🙂

Thanks all! X my calves disagree but proceed on we will haha

Hello there, I’ve only started the C25K since Saturday and did my second run today, and I was just to say all of this is encouraging to read! Well done slowpoke42, good on you! I can’t imagine right now being able to run for 20mins continuously but trusting in 5 weeks time I will. It’s pretty amazing isn’t it!

Hello there x and well

Done on your start to c25k x I would also never have thought a 20 minute run was going to happen either, but it’s the programme, it really does work! It’s magic! Ha x hope you’re enjoying too and you’ll be here in no time
