Hi there, I was already finishing week 4 last week. But this week I went back to repeating week 3 because I'm in Bogotá and I knew the altitude will affect me. Still, I wanted to stay with the program while working abroad. So, call me stubborn but I did it! The altitude is very tough but going back to repeat the previous week and resting 2 days instead of only one have certainly helped. Oh and it's not just the breathing is also that my legs feel like made of concrete!!! But I made it, such a great feeling.
And I can certainly say for those who struggle, have a change of conditions, or deal with chronic pain (fibro here), repeating a previous week helps to feel like you are staying with the program while at the same taking care of your body.
Good luck to all!

The W3 runs in that thin air are a good source of running stamina and kms back in the bank. You took the trainers and did it, that's fantastic. Well done Goya on being so committed...
Update: I went for my final run of the week at this altitude, and amazed how at ease I was with finishing my redo of week3... so... I added another 3 minute run at the end (+5min end walk)... It worked! feeling good... I'm more than ready for week 4!
