Graduate!!!

I’ve only been and gone and done it!!! I’m sitting here grinning from ear to ear, hot, sweaty and happy. At 66 and overweight I don’t think I could run at all, and found the first week very hard, but I can now run for 30 minutes and have lost half a stone. I really didn’t want to do today’s run, and I think it was because I’m a little worried that I won’t keep it up without the support of the app and Sarah Millican’s dulcet tones! But I will. I’m very slow, but that’s OK. I’ll use the coming runs to work in my speed. This group has been really helpful, just being able to read about other people’s experiences has given me confidence. So thank you all!
