Can’t believe I’ve done it!

If anyone had told me 9 weeks ago I would be able to run for 30 minutes non stop I would have thought them crazy.

In all three runs of w9 i have also managed 5k which I’m very happy with.

It’s a great system and this site has been invaluable.

im going to keep running week 9 for the next 3 weeks with a park run included each week.
