Graduate!

A long time coming (I think I started in May!) especially the last couple of weeks as I’ve started rowing and my legs have been like jelly! Still, final run done along the river in the wind and rain this morning. Pace is wholly average to poor, but I’m so proud! Can’t believe it really. Here’s to more injury-free easy running :)

Well done. The fitness gain will pay dividends for the rowing too, great to mix it up. Look after those hamstrings though - rowing will definitely make them ache a bit!

Hey! Well done you! Proud you should be, who cares about your pace! I graduated at the end of August, started April, still have average to poor pace most of the time ......but I'm working on it...go you! You've got this, now you're a runner and a rower!😁🏆🏅🏋️‍♀️
