A long time coming (I think I started in May!) especially the last couple of weeks as I’ve started rowing and my legs have been like jelly! Still, final run done along the river in the wind and rain this morning. Pace is wholly average to poor, but I’m so proud! Can’t believe it really. Here’s to more injury-free easy running
