Quick run in sunny โ๏ธ weather, with new (old) headband from my ๐พ days (long gone).
Am on week 3 of my 12 week NHS fitness ๐ช plan having replaced the c25k runs ๐๐ฟโโ๏ธwith consolidation runs ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ. Thus currently also working my way through The Str &Flex Podcasts with lovely Laura.๐ฏโโ๏ธ
Still 9 weeks to go! Getting fitter and stronger!๐๐พโโ๏ธ (...not slimmer ... yet)

Weโre lucky ๐ to have a very nice garden, secluded and very private. So that works well for me and I am using our two different trees ๐ฒ ๐ณ for railings and vertical surfaces, an old chair ๐ช for one of the bench exercises and a big stone slab for another.
I thought I knew my garden ๐ฟ๐๐before, but now Iโm getting even closer, touching the bark in the standing pushups or seeing the maple ๐ canopy in the standing pull-ups.
And our one ๐ also likes me being out with her in the garden. She is still afraid to be away from the house ๐ due to fox ๐ฆ attacks.
That is fantastic!! ๐๐ Wow, it's so great that you can do the S&F in your garden ๐ณ I have to do it indoors, apart from anything else, the dogs have dug so many holes in the grass that it's a real hazard! ๐ I'm only managing a couple of runs per week atm but I'm also doing either strength & flex or some other body conditioning on most other days. I think from next week it should be easier to get back to 3 runs per week... Onwards and upwards ๐โโ๏ธ๐คธโโ๏ธ๐ช
Those strength and flex podcasts are so funny...I am wandering streets looking for fences that would take my weight. ๐ฑ The up down arms etc are ok for walking round the garden and I did try on an early morning outing but had to pretend it was a wave when I saw someone.
