Consolidation run 5 today said to all week I going to do a park run got up this morning head said no guess my anxiety kicked in ,so off I went on one of my runs so disappointed in my self that I didn’t do the park run stayed out there and enjoyed the run and to my amazement I run 🏃♂️ 7.2k so bad start ended on. High

I m guessing you re going to go for it next Saturday 👍. Congratulations 🥳 . Let us know how you do ..... I m in a similar situation. Week 9 next week but not ready distance wise for a parkrun 🤷♀️
Your consolidation runs are going great, just be careful not to do too much too soon .
I always run on my own so I was nervous of going to my first parkrun . Once I ran the first one the nerves just vanished. Give it a try I'm sure you'll love it . 😊😊
Can I suggest that if doing a park run doesn't feel comfortable for you at the moment or makes you nervous, don't be disappointed, it may just not be for you.
You don't have to do park runs, they're not for everyone.
If you are enjoying your runs it doesn't matter - it doesn't have to be your goal. I know they're really popular but they are certainly not for me.
I avoided the park run this morning which was going on in the same place I was running. It was so noisy and I just want to run in the quiet!
