It’s been a tough week this one. I returned to work from furlough so had to change my runs to evenings, I’m not used to doing them after a full day at work😬. Also had a cluster migraine attack, which lasts the majority of the week, meant dealing with feeling drained, taking medication and seeing how that would affect my body with the runs. I still managed to run 3 times this week though so I was pleased about that. Thursdays was really hard but today’s made up for it, it was a really good run 😀😀. I beat the 4K mark so one week after graduating I’m pushing towards my 5k target so at least the week ended well😊. Still finding challenges to face.

I feel your pain, I too had to start running after a long day at work. But despite your difficult week, you’re refusing to let it get the better of you, well done 😊

Well done, not good about the headaches, going back to work really isn’t health is it?!!. My days are increasing again now and I’ve just started getting backache again because I’m sat for too long. 🙄🤔

Don't worry about leaving a few days' gap between runs if you need to, as this period can be quite intense. It's a great achievement!
