Quick run in sunny โ˜€๏ธ weather, with new (old) headband from my ๐ŸŽพ days (long gone).

Am on week 3 of my 12 week NHS fitness ๐Ÿ’ช plan having replaced the c25k runs ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿฟโ€โ™€๏ธwith consolidation runs ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ. Thus currently also working my way through The Str &Flex Podcasts with lovely Laura.๐Ÿ‘ฏโ€โ™€๏ธ

Still 9 weeks to go! Getting fitter and stronger!๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ (...not slimmer ... yet)

Your doing brilliantly. Do you do the strength and flex outside I found it hard to do indoors with all the walking parts !! Go girl

Awh thank you ๐Ÿ˜Š! Same to you and your runs which I follow in awe! Yes, outside.

Weโ€™re lucky ๐Ÿ€ to have a very nice garden, secluded and very private. So that works well for me and I am using our two different trees ๐ŸŒฒ ๐ŸŒณ for railings and vertical surfaces, an old chair ๐Ÿช‘ for one of the bench exercises and a big stone slab for another.

I thought I knew my garden ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ‚๐Ÿbefore, but now Iโ€™m getting even closer, touching the bark in the standing pushups or seeing the maple ๐Ÿ canopy in the standing pull-ups.

And our one ๐Ÿ“ also likes me being out with her in the garden. She is still afraid to be away from the house ๐Ÿ  due to fox ๐ŸฆŠ attacks.

Well that sounds idyllic. I will try our garden as we have an acre so that might be better than wandering the fields !!

Poor ol chicken. !! Sensible though ! ๐Ÿก

That is fantastic!! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ™Œ Wow, it's so great that you can do the S&F in your garden ๐ŸŒณ I have to do it indoors, apart from anything else, the dogs have dug so many holes in the grass that it's a real hazard! ๐Ÿ˜‚ I'm only managing a couple of runs per week atm but I'm also doing either strength & flex or some other body conditioning on most other days. I think from next week it should be easier to get back to 3 runs per week... Onwards and upwards ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช

Those strength and flex podcasts are so funny...I am wandering streets looking for fences that would take my weight. ๐Ÿ˜ฑ The up down arms etc are ok for walking round the garden and I did try on an early morning outing but had to pretend it was a wave when I saw someone.
