No pressure, just enjoyable running. I know roughly how far a 30 minute run is on a few routes, so put on a podcast and off I went ππ½ββοΈ
First run out since Sunday-Iβve decided Iβm going to run on Fridays and Sundays.
Twice a week runs, once a week boot camp and twice a week yoga will do my body nicely π₯° I walk a lot in between all that π€£
Todayβs running fuel was chocolate spread on toast-3 hours before the run π
