No pressure, just enjoyable running. I know roughly how far a 30 minute run is on a few routes, so put on a podcast and off I went 🏃🏽♀️
First run out since Sunday-I’ve decided I’m going to run on Fridays and Sundays.
Twice a week runs, once a week boot camp and twice a week yoga will do my body nicely 🥰 I walk a lot in between all that 🤣
Today’s running fuel was chocolate spread on toast-3 hours before the run 😂
