Climbing the Walls!

First Week of not running! The knee pain is definitely easing, but still aware of it! Through gritted teeth, I’m going to give it another week & see where I am! Still Cycling, so not all bad!

If you’ve been out running or will be, enjoy it! You lucky people! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

That’s tough to deal with, isn’t it? C25K has a lot to answer for! It introduces you to running, it sucks you in and gets you completely hooked, and then something frustrating like an injury stops you in your tracks! I hope that, in a week’s time, you’ll be feeling much better. Patience! And, in the meantime, as you say, you can still get out and cycle 🚲

Yes, still out there, still slow 😂 but still loving it. I wish I were faster - I’ve no chance of ever matching your pace! I haven’t really clicked with any of the consolidation plans yet. Sometimes I think I’d do better if I had a new coach, to replace the lovely Laura, telling me what to do!
