Week 4 seems such a big jump running from 3 minutes to 5 I’m still struggling to complete running for 3 minutes, how did everyone manage from week 3-4? I’m very overweight and very unfit amazed I’ve got this far to be honest

Well, if you look at the runs only... week 3 was 90 seconds to 3 minutes, so exactly double... week 4 is a smaller jump percentage wise.

Great job in in week 3... don’t fear 4, relax, you can do it.

Well done for nailing week 3. 😃😃😃

Just remember the golden rule, go slow.

Struggling? Go slower. Feel like you have to stop? Slower still.

Think of dancing a foxtrot "Slow, slow, quick, quick, slow" then forget the quick bits.

Week 4? You can do it

I completed Week 4 last Friday. I'll be honest - I found W4 R1 really, really hard... but that might be because I was in a terrible mood when I started, or because I was running in the evening as I had not been available to run first thing in the morning as I usually do. I think my bad mood made me set out too fast. I was dreading the rest of W4 as a result. But much to my surprise I actually found the other 2 runs of W4 pretty easy. Good luck!

By going slowly :) Just take it gently and relax into the runs...you will be ready for all of them:)

Link this programme with a healthy eating regime...maybe take a peek at our sister site too..Weight Loss NHS. and you will be on to a winning combination:)

Huge well done you!

Well done! You’ve already achieved. Continue to stick to the plan and listen to the advice on the POD. Slow and steady seems to work. Keep it going, you will make it....and feel great!
