That was tough tonight. Still pretty warm out and set off a bit too fast. But picked it up towards the end! And I made it to 30 mins.
Genuinely didn’t think I’d be motivated enough to keep going through the programme.
It’s probably taken me more like 11 weeks with a week not doing anything (no real reason) and a couple of repeated runs to build confidence .
Definitely worth it.
Thank you to everyone for their encouragement - particularly my little brother (he’s a 10-15k runner but understands how hard this can be for a newbie).

It's surprising isn't it, I never thought I'd get all the way through either, especially as due to my technological ineptitude I managed to do Week 1 twice... congratulations, you've stuck with it, and although those around you may think it's not a big thing, those of us on here know IT IS!!!
