I have done it! Wk9 R3 - ran for 30 mins 3 times. Not quite 5 k but on my way there. I used a new app on my phone which did not record my run round a lake just a run round some roads & stated I ran 1.61k in 42 mins (including both 5 min walks). My basic pedometer stated that I covered 4.78k. Slight difference, now looking for alternative app. Now start the consolidation runs.

That’s great! The running, I mean, not the app! Congratulations on graduating, it’s a great feeling, isn’t it?
I use MapMyRun, it’s free, and it seems really consistent and accurate for me, including when I’m off road along little footpaths and across fields. It gives you lots of information, including distance, pace and split pace at every km (or mile, if you prefer), a pictorial record of the route you’ve run and every change in elevation along the route (I justify my slower pace on those kms by saying that was a particularly hilly bit 😀). I’m guessing this is probably standard for most of these apps, like Strava, etc, but I’m very happy with MapMyRun, having previously used it for years in its MapMyWalk format, which is pretty much the same.
Good luck with moving on to consolidation, I’m on consolidation run 5 now.
Congratulations!
